Coffee Time or Tea Time – Which Should You Have?

Hey Coffee Lover! Thanks for stopping by!

Most people have a beverage preference of tea or coffee. Sometimes, people will drink both, but they always favor one over the other. Each of these beverages offers some health benefits, but one of them is healthier for you to drink.

Tea has a lot of antioxidants, which means that it can help your body fight off any inflammations or infections. Coffee also has antioxidants, but unlike tea, it contains more nutritional benefits.

It contains more nutrients and minerals that help your body fight off diseases and boost your immune system. Tea is good for the heart. It can help your arteries by preventing the accumulation of buildup that leads to heart attacks.

Coffee Mood – What’s Your Flavor?

Hey coffee lover!

If you’re a purist and coffee snob, like my husband, you won’t like this post. It’s for those of us who like to enjoy different flavors on our coffee breaks. Sometimes you can match a flavor with the kind of mood you want to create.

Now, don’t get me wrong, coffee tastes great all by itself. But, for some of us creative types, we like to create a mood with our coffee. As a cozy mystery and romance writer, I sometimes like to brainstorm and get into a scene by sitting back with a certain flavor that my characters might enjoy. This helps me get into their heads a little better. So, it’s not just a mood based thing for me. It’s also a sensory experience that helps me write.

It’s All About That Coffee

Hey Coffee Lover!

Welcome to The Coffee Bean Pod. My husband and I love coffee. Now, he’s a purist, coffee snob. He wants it strong and black! No fancy stuff in it. And we absolutely love Dark French Roast.

One of the convenient stores we frequent actually has the best coffee in Branson, MO. Well, that’s our opinion and we’re sticking to it. They recently started serving a French Roast and we fell in love. We then went on a hunt for a good French Roast to brew at home. We found it in McCafe Dark French Roast. Yum!
